Objectives

• Ensure every client gets same satisfaction of experiencing SofiaRaj chocolate each time.
• Deliver on time and always inform the client.
• Always find ways to improve how we do things to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer Calls and respond to online and letter Queries
• Carry out daily data entry and admisitrative tasks.
• Keep up to date of all the camapaigns and products.
• Understand the business's aims and values
