Milk Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Here is a great tasting milk chocolate chip fudge recipe that’s as easy as pie to make. Whip up a group of this chocolate fudge when you need to make a quick dessert.

2 packages semisweet chocolate chips

1 package milk chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 to 1 cup nuts, chopped

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with wax paper.

In a heavy pan, cook chocolate chips and milk over low heat until it properly melts. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in the nuts and vanilla, spread fudge pan and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm. Just remember to cut into small squares before serving.

Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge Recipe

Especially kids love this marshmallow fudge and this recipe can be a delicious treat to make on a weekend or for a bake sale.

2 1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/4 cup butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a 3-quart pan, mix the sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt. Cook over low heat – stirring constantly – until the mixture bubbles. Decrease the heat to a low setting and cook for another 5 minutes until the marshmallows are melted; stir constantly. Take out pan from heat.

Whip in the chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla. Cook and stir until the chocolate chips are melted and all is properly blended.

Pour fudge combination into baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cut into small Squares before serving.

For Valentine’s Day, chocolate dresses in pink or red, but that is only the outer layer. What’s really important is the quality of this special delicious gift that you will be offering on this coming Valentine’s Day.

If you really want to impress your love one on valentine day then you should gift a Chocolate basket as it comes to the top of the list. We offer chocolates because it enhances our taste buds and make us rejoice because of the tasty delicacy.

As we all know that chocolate comes in 3 main varieties dark, milk, and white.

Dark chocolates are the most pure and less processed one of the three, and it has been proven to be good for the heart as well. Milk chocolate is mixed with milk; therefore its color is a much lighter brown than the dark one. Then white chocolate comes which has lost all its brown color, called white chocolate which is made pretty much the same way as the other two, with cocoa butter, milk and sugar, but more milk is added to it.

To make sure you are offering the right kind for Valentine’s Day you need to know which one is your loved one’s favorite.

If you are truly chocolate lover, then you must prefer dark chocolate, if you are more of an overall sweet lover with a taste of chocolate, you might probably go for milk chocolate and once in a while dip you tongue in the intriguing white chocolate.

Milk chocolate has a smaller portion of cocoa bean that has been mixed with sugar, and cacao butter, and then mixed with condensed milk or milk powder. There are other additives that a producer may add to give it their taste, but that is the basics of it.

Everyone in the world has been affected by milk chocolate in one way or another since its invention centuries ago. Chocolates are used for everything such as Cookies, cakes, cereals, beverages, toppings, flavorings, decorations, etc. chocolates has its place in history for good.

In recent study, it is said that the average American eats 10-12 pounds of chocolate every single year. It is also known that eating chocolate is rich in Phenols (antioxidants) which is good for the heart. Millions of pounds of milk are used every year in the production of milk chocolate.

The health benefits of milk chocolate are not as many as dark chocolates, however, there still some to be considered. It is a stimulator, to the brain, to the emotions, thus, increasing your stamina. Of course, moderation, because it is high in fat content and sugar. Point to be taken here is we need fat in our diet, seriously, and milk chocolate can be a great source for that fat percentage, just not all of it should come from eating milk chocolate. Be sure to read the nutritional section of each chocolate substance you obtain so you know what you have to eat or bake with – very essential.
