The delicious world of chocolates and cakes was subjected to a survey. According to this survey,  it was discovered that Dark Chocolates, Coffee and Mocha are the most popular flavors. Gifting of chocolates in different shapes are presented as a symbol of love and affection, no matter who you gift it to. 

Most popular flavors for Wedding cakes include chocolate, almond, charlotte royal, grand marnier and cheesecake. In summer time, fresh fruit cakes are a popular choice for birthdays. Chocolate powder is also used in cold and hot beverages, to produce chocolate milk and hot chocolate.  

Ancient Romans use to bake a wedding cake made of wheat or barley and break it down over the bride’s head as a symbol of her fertility. It  had became a tradition to pile up several small cakes, one top of the other, as high as they could, and the bride and groom would kiss over the tower and try not to knock it down. If they were successful, it meant a lifetime of prosperity.

In Chinese, the word chocolate known as Qiao Ke Li. This name comes from the pronunciation of the English chocolate and the three random Chinese characters that, when they are put together, it forms pronunciation of chocolate.
